The Dallas Wedding Planner® family includes: Dallas Wedding Planner® local offices, our online listing of vendors and advertisers, our website visitors (which includes both consumers and industry professionals), and Princess for a Day®, a local DFW wedding and event planning firm (our sister organization), with whom we share our founder and CEO, Karol Welsh.

We may receive information about you from other sources, including area Bridal Shows, magazine subscribtions, or other industry trades. This may help improve the personalization of our service to you by providing better or more specialized vendor listings, or in order to provide you with more wedding planning vendors in the local area. DWP listed vendors may receive information about you from other sources outside of Dallas Wedding Planner, in which case, this privacy policy does not apply. We do not use cookies* to track and log your visits to our site. *Alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser.

Dallas Wedding Planner shares information we collect at our website within the DWP family (previously outlined). Dallas Wedding Planner may share your provided information with carefully selected vendors, business partners and other organizations. These companies and organizations may use the information we share to provide special opportunities and offers to you.

If you provide our website with your e-mail address, you may receive e-mails from us. Enrollment in DWP Wedding Planner Membership is at no cost to you. At the time of enrollment, you have to opportunity to inform us of your special needs and interests related to your wedding plans. DWP cannot guarantee that members will receive any special offers or specific discounts from category vendors specified per their enrollment information. DWP does, however, encourage its vendors to offer discounts or special promotions to our website visitors and DWP Wedding Planner mailing list members.

If you do not want to receive marketing or promotional e-mails from us, please click here to opt out. Once your request is processed, you may still receive select e-mails if you have requested them through our site vendors. You may receive e-mails from other members of the DWP family if they received your email address from other sources outside of DWP's control or as a result of their your original enrollment.
