Vendor Listings & Advertisers
The online advertising registration form is a marketing agreement that acts as a legal contract for the purchase of Internet advertising space on DallasWeddingPlanner.com. Local Directory Premium Listings are in alphabetical order among those of your category. Tile advertisements are placed in rotational order based on run dates and at the discretion of Dallas Wedding Planner. Placement is not negotiable. The accuracy of information contained in your listing is the sole responsibility of the advertiser. Online listings from DWP vendors and advertisers are intended to be as accurate and helpful as possible for consumer reference. DWP is not responsible for the accuracy nor inaccuracy of information provided by its vendors and/or advertisers. In addition, DWP requests that all materials, graphic and otherwise, provided by its vendors and/advertisers remain original works for which they maintain rights or permissions to use. DWP is not responsible for the copyright violations of its vendors and/or advertisers. All vendors and advertisers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate permissions and intellectual property rights and trademarks to all materials provided DWP for their listing and/or advertisement. Dallas Wedding Planner recommends using original photography or logo artwork. Please do not submit copyrighted images or photographs.
From the time your contract, artwork submission, and payment have been processed, there may be a turn-around time of up to three weeks before your listing and/or tile ad will appear on the DWP website. The effective date of your advertising contract will be the first full day that your listing is on the DallasWeddingPlanner.com website. Once your listing is published, you will receive an email with the effective date of your listing and your expiration date.
All text and images are subject to DWP approval for content and style. As each member of the directory, reflects upon the image of all others within and associated with DWP, we maintain a high level of quality control on all website content. DWP reserves the right to deny or remove any advertiser’s content at any time without notice.
Although Dallas Wedding Planner® pre-screens all vendors before they become DWP Approved™ DFW professionals, we cannot guarantee the products or services they offer. DWP is not responsible for any event or loss incurred by use of vendors found on this website. We consider industry and client references and public opinion concern regarding the quality and integrity of all vendors.

Submissions
We welcome your comments regarding this site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, photos, ideas, suggestions or other communications, including Real Wedding submissions (collectively, "Comments") sent to DWP.com shall be and remain the exclusive property of DWP. This right to Comments does not apply to artwork submissions by DWP vendors and/or advertisers for the purpose of their online listings. All copyrights held by vendors are acknowledged, and ownership is retained by those persons respectively. Any photo entries received as a submission for Real Weddings will be credited to the photographer. Our policy at DWP is simple: we give credit where credit is due. If for any reason you feel we have used your photographs or referenced your work in any inappropriate manner or without proper copyright notice, please contact us to rectify the situation.
